#113: Hanging on to Dreams...

The title says it all...

I was working on my "Travelogue" project tonight. It's a mixed-media collage book on traveling and where I'd like to go. I use various stuff: stickers (both flat and multi-dimensional), construction paper, tissue paper, scrapbook paper, quotes, clipart, paint, marker, song lyrics...anything goes. And my virtual world tour includes places like Germany, India, Scotland, Australia, Japan, China, Mexico and the Carribean. Stateside includes places like Yellowstone National Park, Colorado, Missouri, Tennessee, Boston, Maine, Chicago, Hollywood and Napa Valley.

It's kinda ironic...that I'm stuck here while my soul wants to be free. But I'm still working on manifesting my dreams of being a world traveler by doing the Travelogue, keeping up with my languages and reading travel narratives.
